The lizard senses the smell by its tongue. Because of this he keeps sticking out his tongue every now and then. The main food of the lizard is small moths, worms, spiders and other small creatures moving in the light.
The lizard's body is divided into four parts namely head, neck, torso and tail. The length of a lizard roaming in the house is 3 to 4 inches. Their body color is brown. However, as the lizard grows older, its body color changes. The lizard named Komodo Dragon is the longest lizard in the world. It is about 10 feet long and is found in forests. Some lizards are also like snakes. This type of lizard is identified by its ears. Some Lizards can also change their body color. Most lizards are not poisonous. Peacocks are considered lizard enemies, as they eat lizards. Most lizards hide during the day and go out at night in search of food.
