Emu birds are large in shape. The emu is the second largest bird in the world after the ostrich. This bird is heavy in weight and cannot fly. The emu bird is believed to be from the dinosaur era. It is mainly found in countries like Australia,Indonesia and the Philippines. The emu is the national bird of Australia (4). The height of this bird is about 6 feet and 5 inches. It weighs 59 kilograms.  Female emus are larger in size than males. The neck of the emu bird is long Is and has light hair on his neck. Her ears are small. He has gray hair all over his body(3). The wings have been shown solely to give a sense of proportion(2) . Its wings help keep the body steady when it runs. He has babbe eyelids on his eyes. One to pat the eyelid and the other to protect from dust etc. Emu birds have amazing ability to see and hear. He also hears the sound of a hunter's voice. Even if it is unable to fly, its running speed is fast. His legs are strong, allowing him to run fast. It can cover a distance of 48 kilometers in an hour. The emu can run fast as well as swim well. He can also easily cross the river in search of food.Its legs are so strong that it can knock a predator unconscious. He has three toes on each foot, which allows him to run fast. This bird can easily jump up to seven feet. It is most often found in forests and grasslands. It is an omnivorous bird. Emu flower,In addition to leaves and twigs, it also cures small animals. It is usually eaten by lizards and ants. They often eat small pebbles and stones to enhance their digestion,which helps them to digest food better and faster. Emu birds mostly prefer to live in flocks. It has eight to ten birds in its flock. The female emu lays eggs in the cold season. They usually build their nests on the ground (1) . Emu eggs are green in color and large in size.  It lays eight to ten eggs at a time. The eggs are hatched by the male emu and after two months the chicks emerge from the ed.  Emu can live without food for a long time. Its lifespan is 30 to 35 years.
